Get your abs back III (acute backpain)

Around the world:

Your core isn’t just about your abs—it’s the foundation for balanced, pain-free movement. Here’s an easy exercise to strengthen your core and improve body control:

  1. Get on your hands and knees, keeping your back tall from head to tail.

  2. Without moving the rest of your body, lift your right arm and stretch it forward.

  3. Return your right arm to the ground and repeat with your left arm.

  4. Now, lift your left leg without shifting your torso.

  5. Return your left leg, then lift your right leg.

  6. That’s one cycle.

-> Do 5 cycles clockwise and 5 counterclockwise.

(!) Focus on control, not range. This exercise is about teaching your body how to stabilise itself while your limbs are moving. Stay controlled and avoid wobbling.
