Yes. You’ll need a basic gym setup with free weights, a barbell, and machines. If you train at home, let’s discuss your setup first.
Is this program only for advanced lifters?
No. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the program is customized to your level. I’ll teach you exactly how to lift safely and progress the right way.
I’ve been injured before—can I still train?
Yes. Most of my clients come to me because of past injuries or chronic pain. The program is designed to help you move safely and build real strength without aggravating injuries.
What happens after I apply?
After applying, I’ll review your intake form and see if we’re the right fit. If approved, you’ll receive a payment link and onboarding instructions.
