Get your abs back II (acute back pain)

Your core plays a crucial role in stabilizing your spine and reducing back pain. Here’s a simple way to activate it.

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent at 90 degrees, feet flat on the floor.

  2. Take a deep breath and push the air down into your belly—as if you were about to fart.

  3. Hold that pressure for 3-5 seconds, then relax.

  4. Take a few normal breaths, then repeat.

  5. Do 10 rounds of this exercise and repeat throughout the day.

This will teach your body how to engage your core properly and create stability for pain-free movement.
